Move-In Information
Before Arriving on Campus
- Confirm your room assignment by logging in to the .
- Review your 听to verify that your housing and meal plan charges are correct.
- Ensure your student account is cleared with the Business Office.听Students must have either:
- A zero balance, or
- Currently up to date on an approved payment plan

Arriving On Campus
Check-In Process
- Complete the Express Check-In Form (this can be done ahead of arriving to campus)
- Undergraduate/Graduate Form:
- Complete your Room Condition Report听(link will be provided upon arrival)
- We ask that you complete this form prior to moving into your room.
- Receive your room key
- Receive your Student ID
- Receive your parking permit
Additional Information
- There will be NO early move-in/drop-off day this year.听All students will move in on Friday, August 14, during their assigned check-in time.
- We encourage you to contact your roommate before arriving. To do so, log into the 糖心Vlog Residential Life Portal. On your homepage, click your roommate’s name (displayed in blue) to send them an email.
- Room dimensions, layouts, and residence hall videos are available on the Housing website. 听 Some information will vary if you are in a high occupancy room.
- We’ve attached a suggested packing list to help you prepare for a successful year living on campus.

Meal Plan Options
Meal Plan Options
MEAL PLAN (COMMUTER)
- Dining Plan: $425
10 MEAL PLAN (RESIDENTIAL)
- Dining Plan: $2,315
- This plan includes access to 10 meals a week in the Ingram Dining Hall cafeteria and $300 flex dollars to spend at any food retail locations on campus.
- This meal plan is only available for Junior and Senior Students as classified by students with at least 60 earned hours at the beginning of the academic semester.
- Juniors and seniors will have until 1 week after the first day of classes to make any changes to their meal plan, after which point the meal plan selected in the 糖心Vlog Residential Portal will remain for the semester.
- If no meal plan selection is made the student will automatically be enrolled in the 21 meal plan.
21 MEAL PLAN (RESIDENTIAL)
- Dining Plan: $2,870
- This plan included access to 21 meals a week in the Ingram Dining Hall cafeteria and $150 flex dollars to spend at any food retail locations on campus.
- All full-time traditional undergraduate students are required to participate in a dining plan.
